From Tusculum to Frascati. Hiking between ancient and modern.

ArcheoRunning Running tour in Rome

Another product launched last spring, among the activities of AR_Experience, will be from Tusculum to Frascati.

Once again the focus will be on the Lazio Region, cradle of millenary culture.

Specifically we will start from Archaeological Park of Tusculum, which preserves the ancient Roman city of Tusculum between Colli Albani, famous for its luxurious Renaissance country patrician villas.

Here you will explore the archaeological excavations which preserve the Roman Forum, temples and an almost intact theatre. We will discover the remains of the Villa of Tiberius and the remains of the ancient Amphitheater.

We will then continue, after a wonderful hiking among the nature of the Colli Albani, to Falconieri Villa, the oldest of the Tusculan Renaissance villas. After being immersed in nature with art and history, the tour ends in Frascati with stops at the highlights of the town and a traditional lunch.

We will have the possibility to arrive at the place with a private vehicle, guided by a professional driver.

This is a tailor-made experience, which can also be modified according to your requests.
